Ying and Yang of reality

This weekend was one of the very active. It’s being a very long time sinse I ventured into such a intense weekend. As I am not the youngest anymore it made a schocking and positive experiences at the same time.

Here the activity program:

On Saturday at 6am I met about 50 runners and we where guided through a tough workout – about 2:30 hrs. On Sunday at 7:30 am I went to my very first Yoga Session – Yoga for Runners that lasted about 2 hrs.

My discovery:

Schocking: I discovered how much I lost on strength and flexibility in the past 10 years.
Positve: all gave me a motivational boost! I shall work on the schocking part!
